Boiled Plantain with Vegetable and Fish

A wholesome meal combining boiled plantains with sautéed vegetables and fish.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

1. Peel and cut the plantains into slices or halves.
2. Place the plantains in a pot, cover with water, and boil until tender (about 10-15 minutes).
3. While the plantains are boiling, clean and season the fish.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the fish until cooked.
5. In another pot, sauté chopped onions and add mixed vegetables.
6. Cook the vegetables until tender and season with salt and seasoning cubes.
7. Drain the boiled plantains and serve alongside the sautéed vegetables and fried fish.
